  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Tamrah Global LLC, operating as Tamrah News (“Tamrah News”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based at Beachbay, Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States 25430. They apply to tamrahnews.com, Tamrah News Arabic, SEEN (our Urdu language outlet for Pakistan), our videos, newsletters, alerts, and our official pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. WHO MAY USE THE SERVICES

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law sets a higher age of digital consent) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Services with a parent or guardian’s permission. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

  1. WHAT WE PROVIDE

Tamrah News is an independent media, news and broadcasting platform covering events around the world. We publish articles, videos, documentaries, analysis and opinion in several languages, and we plan to expand to 12 languages by the end of 2027. We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the Services at any time.

  1. NEWS CONTENT, ACCURACY AND OPINION

We work to report accurately and fairly, and we correct errors when we find them. News develops quickly, and information may change after publication. Content labelled opinion, analysis or commentary reflects the views of its author and not necessarily those of Tamrah News. Content is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, medical, investment or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

To report an error or request a correction, write to stories@tamrahnews.com with the article link and a description of the issue.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, articles, photographs, graphics, video, audio, logos, names, trademarks, layouts and software on the Services belong to Tamrah Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws worldwide.

You may view the Services and share links to our articles. You may quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back to the original article, as permitted by fair use or fair dealing under applicable law. Without our written permission you may not copy, republish, scrape, translate, sell, broadcast or commercially exploit our content in full or in substantial part. You may not use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or use automated tools to collect it in bulk, without our written permission.

  1. YOUR SUBMISSIONS, TIPS AND COMMENTS

“Your Content” means anything you send or post through the Services, including news tips, photos, videos, documents, comments and messages.

You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it you grant Tamrah News a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, distribute and display it in any media for reporting, archiving and promoting the Services. Where you ask for your name to be withheld, we will respect that request for published material to the extent the law allows.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. We may review, edit, decline or remove Your Content at our discretion. Submitting a tip does not create an employment, agency or payment relationship, and we do not promise that any tip will be published.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
Break any applicable law or regulation.
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or obscene.
Post content that promotes violence, terrorism, self harm or the exploitation of children.
Harass, impersonate or deceive others or publish private information about them without consent.
Post spam, advertising, malicious links or content you are not entitled to share.
Spread content you know to be false in order to mislead others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
Introduce viruses or malicious code.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Use bots or scrapers without permission.
Reverse engineer any part of the Services.
Use the Services to compete with us or to build a competing product from our content.

  1. COMMENTS AND COMMUNITY RULES

Comments are the views of their authors and not of Tamrah News. We moderate comments and may edit or remove them, and suspend accounts, without notice. Keep discussion respectful and relevant. Comments are public and may be indexed by search engines.

  1. ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where the Services offer registration or newsletters, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at once of any unauthorized use. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time through the link in each email. If we introduce paid features, separate payment terms will be shown before you buy.

  1. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIPS

The Services may carry advertisements, sponsored content and partner links, which we label. Advertisers do not control our editorial decisions. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. For advertising and partnership enquiries write to info@tamrahnews.com.

  1. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Services link to and embed content from other websites and platforms. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

  1. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@tamrahnews.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” that includes: your name and contact details; a description of the work; the exact URL of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We respond under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws in other regions. We may remove material and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

  1. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and forms part of these Terms.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, availability and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free or that content will always be current.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law Tamrah Global LLC and its owners, officers, editors, contributors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation arising from your use of the Services or your reliance on content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Tamrah Global LLC and its team against claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third party right. This section does not apply to consumers where local law prohibits it.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@tamrahnews.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action, and must be filed within one year after the claim arises.

  1. REGIONAL PROVISIONS

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protection rights granted by your local law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

United States: if you are a California resident, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs for complaints. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under US state consumer laws that cannot be waived.

United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf region: you agree not to use the Services to publish content that violates the laws on public order, public morals, religion, defamation or state security that apply to you in your country of residence. Where mandatory local law applies to you, it prevails over any conflicting term.

Pakistan: you must use the Services in line with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and other applicable Pakistani law. Content submitted through SEEN is subject to the same Terms.

Canada, Australia, India, Brazil and other regions: where your local law grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain in place.

  1. INTERNATIONAL USE

The Services are operated from the United States and may not be appropriate or available in every country. If you use them from elsewhere you are responsible for following your local laws. Content may be subject to export and sanctions rules, and you may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under US or other applicable sanctions laws.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet failure, cyberattacks or failures of third party providers.

  1. GENERAL

Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
Severability: if any part is found unenforceable the rest stays in force.
No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor or affiliate.
Language: we may provide translations for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails unless local law requires otherwise.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will post a notice on the Services or contact you where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
